TevraPet® FirstAct™ Plus for Cats
TevraPet® FirstAct™ Plus for cats offers vet-quality protection from fleas and ticks and prevents all flea stages from developing. This topical eliminates fleas, flea eggs, ticks, and lice, using the same active ingredients (fipronil + (S)-methoprene) as FRONTLINE Plus® for cats, but at a lower price.

How To Apply:
Part the hair on the neck at the base of the skull until the skin is visible. Place the tip of the applicator on the skin and squeeze the applicator to apply the entire contents directly on the skin of your cat. Do not allow your cat to ingest this product, or get the product into their eyes. Proper placement of the product on your cat will minimize the opportunity for the cat to lick and ingest the product. Carefully avoid allowing the product to run off the side of the cat. Discard empty applicator and packaging as described in the Storage and Disposal section. Under normal conditions the product remains effective for a month. In cases of severe flea infestation, retreatment may be necessary earlier than one month. Do not reapply more often than once every seven (7) days. Once flea control is attained, return to a monthly application schedule.
Cautions:
HAZARDS TO HUMANS. Harmful if swallowed. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.
HAZARDS TO DOMESTIC ANIMALS. For external use only. For external use on cats only. Do not use on kittens weighing less than 1.5 lbs. and less than 8 weeks of age. DO NOT USE ON DOGS. DO NOT USE ON OTHER ANIMALS. Individual sensitivities, while rare, may occur after using ANY pesticide product. Cats may experience some temporary irritation at the site of product application. If signs persist, or become more severe within a few days of application, consult a veterinarian. If your cat has an unusual reaction to the initial application, consult a veterinarian before repeating treatment. Certain medications can interact with pesticides. Consult a veterinarian before using on medicated, debilitated or aged cats.
